Prof. Dr. B. Sendilkumar, Dean, AHS, VMRF (DU) said about the recognition:

The Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) is a non-governmental, not-for-profit organization that works to support India's development. It brings together leaders from business, politics, academics, and society to shape global, regional, and industry agendas.

Every year it organizes the Industry Academia award to recognize industry, Academia Research leaders undertaking Industry-Academia partnership for R&D and innovation.

On account of this, the current year award ceremony 2024 was conducted recently. Various eminent personalities, industry people, and academicians from different organizations had participated in this award event.

At this event, School of Allied Health Sciences, Vinayaka Mission's Research Foundation (DU), Salem has been awarded as "Gold Winner" in the private institution category. This accolade recognized the institution's outstanding performance & commitment to fostering industry & academic relations.

The Chancellor Dr. Ganesan, VMRF (DU) & Dr. Anuradha Ganesan, Vice President, VMRF(DU) and Faculties of SAHS were congratulated the Dean Prof. Dr. B. Sendilkumar for this great recognition.

Speaking on this occasion, Prof. Dr. B. Sendilkumar expressed his gratitude to the CII for this prestigious award.
